Video Log Sheet

Use this form to create a written record of your film library. In most cases, you log every single shot you filmed because you never know when and if you’ll want that footage later.

For your music video it will be fine to log only the important shots that you are interested in using.

DO NOT do this after editing your video. This should be done after filming while reviewing what you’ve shot.

Here is an example of how it should look. Notice that the times are written using the correct time code (hours:minutes:seconds:frames).
